Rip- Assessment (PT)
Rip is an 80-year-old male with a 1-year diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease who has been experiencing falls with injury. Rip lives in an independent living facility and has been receiving physical therapy at an outpatient clinic. You are the physical therapist assigned to complete Rip’s re-evaluation.

He has now secured placement in his own independent apartment and you are the occupational therapist assigned to complete a routine re-evaluation today in his apartment today.
