Posted April 8, 2025
Faculty who use Simucase Clinical Experience and Career Readiness can receive customized expert support to enhance their curriculum.
Through Simucase’s consultative services, faculty can acquire guidance on content selection, prebriefs and debriefs, transcript analysis, evaluations, remediation plans, and more.
Consultative services provides one-on-one time with a Simucase Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator for this high-level, personalized curriculum support.
This in-depth support goes beyond the standard one-hour free training that Simucase offers.
“We’re here to help you get the most out of Simucase,” said Erica Ligon, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, CHSE, manager of content strategy and development—allied health. “Our consultative services are designed to support faculty in seamlessly integrating simulations into coursework to align with curriculum goals and meet your university’s specific requirements. It’s collaborative, flexible, and focused on what matters most—your students’ success.”
This service complements Simucase’s supervision services, which offers students customized clinical and fieldwork experiences.
“[Utilizing consultative services] went really well—the Simucase team had a lot of feedback for us on how we could make it more interactive,” said Erica Young, OTAC program director at Northland Community and Technical College. “We really felt more prepared after [our consultative services session] and are excited about the changes we’re making as a result.”
