Career Readiness Getting Started Checklist

With Career Readiness from Simucase, you'll learn from experts and build important skills as you advance through the Learning Plan. The interactive videos and simulations will help you develop skills that will equip you to thrive now and in your future career!

How to navigate the Learning Plan

1. Watch for an email from Simucase prompting you to complete your profile and set a unique password.

2. Select My Learning to view the Learning Plan.

3. Watch the Welcome to Career Readiness video.

4. Complete the pre-assessment (Level 1) to identify your areas of strength and the skills you want to develop. Once you complete the pre-assessment, you'll get a badge and can proceed to Level 2.

5. Complete levels 2-9. Plan to spend up to two hours on each level.

   • Watch each interactive video in order and answer the questions. Each video is about 20 minutes long.

   • Once you’ve watched all the videos in a level, you’ll be presented with a simulation knowledge check.

   • Complete the simulation for each level. (Tip: Watch the simulation tutorial video before you start the Level 2 simulation!)

   • You'll need an 80% competency score to earn a badge and move to the next level.

6. Complete the post-assessment (Level 10).

7. Your Career Readiness Certificate will appear on the My Learning page. You’ll receive an email with a digital badge, which you can download and share on social media to celebrate your achievement!
