Simucase named to Best Small Workplaces list by Fortune Media and Great Place To Work

Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine have selected Simucase for the 2023 Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ List. 

This is Simucase’s second time to be named to this prestigious list, which recognizes the best companies to work for in the country.

To determine the Best Small Workplaces list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 32,000 employees from Great Place To Work-Certified™ companies with 10 to 99 U.S. employees. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

In that survey, 100% of Simucase team members said they consider the company a great place to work. Respondents highly regard the organization’s camaraderie and integrity and also the support and respect demonstrated to team members. Further, 100% said that Simucase is a safe place to work, that managers trust their team members, and that people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation or age.
