Joseph completed chemotherapy and radiation therapy resulting in severe dysphagia and reduced intelligibility. He is searching for a new job and is interested in pursuing additional therapy at this time. You are the outpatient speech-language pathologist assigned to complete his evaluation.

Ben is a 5-year-old in a kindergarten classroom. He was referred for a speech, language, and hearing screen by his teacher. You are a speech-language pathology assistant assigned to complete the screening.
